About Us

Elibah School of Dance specialises in teaching a variety of dance to children who, not only attend our evening and weekend classes but also within independent and state schools, nurseries and pre-schools around Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey. Our dance styles include RAD Ballet, ISTD Tap, Jazz and Modern Theatre, Acrobatic Arts, Street Dance, Conditioning, Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Adult Street Dance and MUCH MORE…

Our aim is to encourage the best out of every child we teach. We help our students build confidence and develop their co-ordination and rhythm in dance. Our students get to experience many performance opportunities and work towards taking graded examinations. Throughout the year, they will also have opportunities to take part in dance holiday camps and workshops ran by our teachers and professional performers. 

With our highly trained and experienced staff, we offer the best service available. We have 100% examination success!

Teachers at Elibah School of Dance are DBS checked, attend First Aid and Safeguarding Training and hold Public Liability Insurance.

        

Miss Kali – Founder & Director

RAD RTS, ISTD DDE, Acrobatic Arts 

Miss Kali is a fully qualified and passionate dance educator, holding teaching credentials with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD), and Acrobatic Arts. With years of experience under her belt, she has successfully prepared and entered students for examinations in ballet, tap, modern, jazz, acro, pointework, and street dance—helping young dancers grow in both skill and confidence.

Miss Kali’s love for dance began at an early age, training at two renowned schools: Allenova School of Dancing and Jayne Coleman Academy of Dance. Her dedication and natural flair for performance soon paved the way for professional training in Musical Theatre at Millennium Performing Arts, where she was awarded a prestigious scholarship. She later pursued her teaching qualifications with top institutions including the RAD, Linda Sweetzer Teacher Training Centre, and Vanessa Atkins Clarivette.

With over 15 years’ experience working with children, Miss Kali brings not only technical expertise but a deep understanding of child development. Her teaching style is energetic, creative, and nurturing, designed to spark imagination and encourage every child to flourish. She believes in giving her students the freedom to explore their creativity while creating a safe and supportive space where they feel inspired to shine.

Miss Abby – Admin Assistant and Dance Teacher

Acrobatic Arts, Studying RAD CBS Course

Miss Abby has been dancing since the age of just two, and her passion for movement has only grown stronger with time. She began her training at Limelight, which later became NVSDD, where she immersed herself in ballet, tap, modern, street dance, and contemporary.

From the age of 13, Miss Abby started assisting in dance classes—an early sign of her natural talent for teaching. Alongside performing in countless shows and completing her graded exams in ballet, tap, and modern, she always knew that inspiring the next generation of dancers was where her heart truly lay.

Miss Abby officially began her teaching journey at Elibah in 2021, starting with after-school clubs in local primary schools. Her energy, dedication, and connection with the children quickly led her to take on more classes within Elibah School of Dance. With a strong foundation and a bright future ahead, Miss Abby is now also stepping into an exciting new chapter as Head of Elibah Clubs & Elibah Camps —a role she’s thrilled to embrace with passion and purpose.

Miss Annelies – Social Media Assistant and Dance Teacher

BA (Hons) (Dance and Performance), Acrobatic Arts

Miss Annelies is a dynamic performer and passionate teacher from Reading, who began her dance journey at the age of three. Her early training took place at Redroofs Theatre School, before continuing at Dance Sensation, where her love for performing truly blossomed.

She went on to train professionally for three years at The Creative Academy, developing a particular passion for Tap and Commercial dance. Her dedication and talent led her to graduate with a First-Class Honours BA Degree in Dance and Performance.

Miss Annelies’ performance career has taken her across the globe. She began with a dance contract in Kos, Greece, before heading to India, where she worked with BM Entertainment, appearing in Bollywood films and music videosalongside industry stars. She then completed a contract in Egypt with TMC, where she was promoted to Dance Captain, choreographing dazzling routines for festive shows during Christmas and New Year 2019.

Known for her vibrant creativity and deep-rooted love of Commercial, Miss Annelies thrives on crafting exciting choreography and encouraging students to explore movement in imaginative ways. As a devoted teacher at Elibah, she brings a wealth of industry experience, energy, and inspiration to every class—and we are so proud to have her as part of our team.

Miss Lauren – Dance Teacher (Maternity Leave)

BA (Hons) (Urban Dance) ISTD

Miss Lauren is excited to be part of the Elibah School of Dance teaching team, bringing her passion, experience, and creativity to the studio. She began dancing at the age of seven, and what started as a simple after-school activity quickly grew into a lifelong love.

Her passion for street dance truly developed while studying at Guildford College, before going on to further her training in Urban Dance at the University of East London, where she proudly graduated with a BA (Hons) Degree. She has since gained her qualification as an ISTD Street Dance teacher, combining her academic training with professional teaching credentials.

One of Miss Lauren’s proudest achievements as a teacher came in 2020, when her students won the Regional Heats and were crowned Junior Regional Champions at The Great Big Dance Off—a moment she will always treasure.

For Miss Lauren, teaching is more than just passing on steps—it’s about sharing her love of dance, inspiring young performers, and celebrating their achievements both in and out of the studio.

Miss Chantal – Dance Teacher

Acrobatic Arts

Miss Chantal began her dance journey at the tender age of three, falling in love with ballet from the very first plié. Her passion for dance continued to grow, leading her to complete her final years of schooling at the prestigious National School of the Arts in South Africa, where she performed in a variety of classical ballet productions and honed her craft as a performer.

In 2002, Miss Chantal took a bold step forward and opened her own school—Wat’s On Dance Studio—where she shared her love of dance with children of all ages. She taught a wide range of styles, including ballet, modern, contemporary, tap, hip-hop, and acrobatics, creating an environment that nurtured creativity, discipline, and joy.

Under her guidance, her students flourished—earning accolades both locally and internationally through examinations, competitions, and performances. Miss Chantal’s deep love for children and dance continues to shine through in everything she does, and we are incredibly lucky to have her sharing her warmth, wisdom, and passion with the Elibah family.

Miss Emi – Dance Teacher

Miss Emi began dancing at just two and a half years old at Barch Dance Academy in Binfield, where her natural talent and love for performance quickly shone through. She trained there until the age of 16, achieving high merits and distinctions in ISTD Ballet, Modern, and Tap.

Her first time on stage was at just three years old, performing at the Britvic Theatre in Ascot. Since then, Miss Emi has graced stages including the Rhoda McGaw Theatre in Woking and regularly at the Wilde Theatre in Bracknell, often taking on lead roles and proudly representing her school. She also attended several summer schools at Tring Park School for Performing Arts, further fuelling her passion and skill set. Alongside her dance training, Emi performed in many school productions—most notably as Toad in The Wind in the Willows and in Oliver!

After achieving top GCSE grades in both Dance (A*) and Drama (A), Miss Emi left school at 16 and was awarded a scholarship to train at the renowned Tiffany Theatre College. During her time there—navigating the challenges of Covid—she trained intensively in Ballet, Jazz, Commercial, Contemporary, Heels, Tap, Musical Theatre, and Stage & Screen Acting. She performed in multiple college showcases and represented Tiffany’s on the Move It main stage, in the Showcase Theatre, and at the Can You Dance? exhibitions in Essex and Norwich.

Her credits include Little Women: The Musical (as The Troll and cover for Marmee) and Sweet Charity (as Elaine), during which she was also appointed Dance Captain. It was in this final production that she caught the attention of industry agent Kelly Everitt, who now proudly represents her.

Miss Emi graduated in 2022 with Distinction and continues to train and audition in London, pursuing her professional performance career. Alongside this, she has stepped into the world of teaching—passionately sharing her knowledge, experience, and love of the arts with the next generation of dancers, inspiring them to follow their dreams just as she did.

Stephanie - Elijah School of Dance

MisEllie – Dance Teacher

Miss Ellie began dancing at the age of three, training in ballet, modern, tap, and jazz at the renowned Jayne Coleman Academy of Dance. Over the years, she completed numerous RAD and ISTD examinations, achieving high merits and distinctions, and performed in two major productions at South Hill Park with the academy.

Expanding her dance repertoire, Miss Ellie also completed several social dance exams in Ballroom and Latin with the ISTD, and gained valuable experience by assisting in adult dance classes—developing her skills as both a dancer and teacher.

Alongside her training, Miss Ellie completed her GCSEs, including Dance, and went on to achieve three A Levels. She is currently studying towards a Level 4 qualification in Approaches to Dance for Early Years, deepening her understanding of child development and creative movement in younger dancers.

With over two years of teaching experience, Miss Ellie began her teaching journey straight after finishing her exams. Her passion lies in nurturing young dancers, helping them to grow in confidence, creativity, and technique. She is excited to continue sharing her love for dance and guiding her students every step of the way.

MisLauren A – Assistant

Miss Lauren began her dance journey at the age of four, training in a range of styles including contemporary, hip hop, and street dance. From an early age, her love for movement and performance was clear, and she quickly found her rhythm both in the studio and on stage.

She started dancing with Dudes and Divas Street Dance during her primary school years, taking part in competitions and performances that built her confidence and stage presence. As she moved into secondary school, she continued her training with EPC, further developing her street dance technique and performance skills.

Miss Lauren completed her GCSE Dance and is currently continuing her training and development with Elibah School of Dance, where she has grown into a valued teaching assistant. In 2025, she will proudly step into her new role as a teacher—choreographing her own routines and preparing students to shine on stage at our annual showcases.

With her fresh energy, creativity, and growing experience, Miss Lauren is excited to pass on her passion and inspire the next generation of Elibah dancers.
